Slippery Slope

In trying to find out what me next "coffee" experience should be I've been reading up on the different drinks:

"Mocha: This popular drink is basically a Cappuccino or Latte with chocolate syrup added to the mix. Sweeter, not as intense in coffee flavour, a good 'gateway' coffee for those who don't usually do the caffeine thing."

so I figure mocha is to coffee what pot is to drugs. Watch out it's a slippery slope!

Maybe this should be my next step: "Hammerhead: A real caffeine fix, this drink consists of a shot of espresso in a regular-sized coffee cup, which is then filled with drip coffee.

Pretty cool light festival currently going on.

Dresses

(random interweb pic)

With friends having babies and getting married left right and centre I give myself the liberties to live vicariously through them. I came across this line of dresses by Ivy and Aster and love them. This is more my style I think.

Martine

Children's books came into conversation today. Mine were hands down the Martine series. The books are filled with beautiful pictures that I used to just stare at. She is so beautiful.

Classic

Not YSL classic but cat classic.

Scottish Fold

ok ok let's be honest maybe a cat is more my style right now. I've seen these guys at cat shows, yuuum!

get this: Folds are also known for sleeping on their backs. Scottish Folds typically have soft voices and display a complex repertoire of meows and purrs not found in better-known breeds. Folds are also known for sitting with their legs stretched out and their paws on their belly. This is called the "Buddha Position"

Eastern Walk

Today Barney and I walked all the way down the hill and back up then through some pretty nice suburbs. It was a good two hour walk.

I practiced my Barney action shots today

Summer Pops

homemade drumsticks from cupcakesandcashmere

homemade fudgesicles from smitten kitchen

It may be winter here but it's summer in the northern hemisphere but lets be honest I don't need summer to feel like I can/should eat a drumstick or fudgesicle. I once ran to the store during a commercial break to get a drumstick (I ran right so I deserved it), more proof that I should live in the middle of nowhere for my own safety.

Miniature poodle

ok what about a miniature poodle then, smarter than a german shepherd!

Bronco's Game

Went and watched a rugby league game at Shark Park. It's all about tackling, big gay piles and scary mascots.
