So today was my first ADO, additional day off. Syncrude pays you for these days. I believe its a 'don't hang yourself, we know it's cold outside' kind of day. Lucky enough its 0 degrees outside so basically like Moez said today "compared to last week it's like Hawaii today". We ended up going to Walmart, of course, and these lovely stuffed animals were there. They sing, strip and move their hips in a sugestive manner. They are defenitly up there with rapping santa. I was a little disturbed by the anti-val section in the greetings cards, at first I thought well if you hate valentine's day why would you go out and buy a card, that would completly defy your point. But then I was like well it's like my own little hate section. So if you feel so inclined to send me hate mail there is a section in Hallmark that will provide the appropriate stationary. After Walmart I hit up the post office. There was a super long line up and I think the guy in front of me had been drinking, he kept wispering weird things back towards the crowd, and finally crept me out when he was like all creepy "patience, patience". I have figured out what the definite uniform is for woman over 40 in Fort McMurray, just wear every ring you own even if you have to stack a few on one finger. Ta Da!
